Warranty Information: Thank you for purchasing a Skinz Protective Gear Product. We hope you will be pleased with our products. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we guarantee workmanship on every product that we make.
Workmanship Warranty: All of our products are covered by the workmanship warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear or ripped or torn materials due to use. Skinz Protective Gear is not responsible for damage to product, equipment or persons. All product must be monitored during use. We will repair or replace defective products free of charge (repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Skinz Protective Gear and must be sent in for determination.)
Shipping: Shipping is at the owners expense to return the product for determination of a warranty. If it is determined to be a warranty Skinz Protective Gear will cover the shipping return of the repair or the replacement in all cases except in other countries. (Canada, Sweden and any other country outside of the U.S. will be the responsibility of the product owner.)

Please keep in mind that we are a manufacturer (which means we build the products (here in the USA) and we sell to distributors who in turn sell to dealers who make them available to you for purchase. Dealers (retail outlets) are set up and designed to sell to the consumer.
We do make our products available for purchase if you can not find anyone who carries the product you are looking for. But......please keep in mind..... We are not a retail business. We may not have stock in the item you are looking for (at least at certain times of the year) and so you will most likely have to wait while we build it. WE CAN NOT CHECK STOCK SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM US IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT. Check with your local dealer to see if they have stock in the product you are looking for.
