Bumpers
Burandt Line of Lightweight bumpers
These bumpers are constructed in the same type of bumper construction you are used to seeing from SPG but with some twists. In order to lose weight, these bumpers use smaller tubing and machined parts to eliminate material wherever possible. The impact tubes are drilled, machined, and shortened to still provide a level of protection but mainly focus on weight reduction. Still maintaining style and good looks, these bumpers use the typical Skinz type of solid installation and packaging you are used to. If your ambition is lightweight, this is your product.

Front Ends
Burandt Replacement 36” Front Suspension
This suspension offering goes narrow to the 36” width but can still utilize an aftermarket shock or the OEM shock package. It is a great option for those that would like to get to that 36” width and need to have a low cost option. This is especially true if they can’t or don’t want to buy shocks. The real benefit to this suspension is the corrected geometry. When the front end is narrowed, the spindles generally move backwards as the bulkhead on the Pro RMK is angled forward. Moving the spindles backwards is a negative for this machine and compromises the handling of the machine greatly. When we developed this front end, we maintained the OEM correct position of the spindle location which maintains the handling and predictability of the OEM machine. Thus, the corrected geometry. You can be sure that 36” width can get you into some tight spots. This is a great, lost cost narrow front suspension option.

Burandt Extreme Technical Riding Front Suspension 35-37”
As far as front suspension is concerned, this would be considered the most advanced & technical front end we have ever seen on a snowmobile. This front end is what Chris was running on the Carbon sled this year and utilizes the narrow width 35-37” along with our boxed aluminum upper A-Arms built to accommodate the RC2 Burandt Shock package. It has 4130 Chromoly lower A-Arms and specialized, raised billet spindles which lift the front end to give the machine a Trophy Truck attitude. If you are an upper intermediate to advanced rider, that likes to ride extreme terrain and you need a front end that performs at this level, this is the kit you want on your Polaris Pro RMK. This is the absolute, ultimate tight, steep, tree riding terrain front end. Combine this with the Shorty running boards and bumpers and you are getting close to a Burandt style machine and the capable machine he is used to riding. Available in flat Black lower A-arms and Polished Aluminum upper A-arms. Note: The upper A-arms cannot be powder coated as they are stressed relieved.
Burandt Extreme Technical Riding Front Suspension 35"-37" - Pro RMK-Standard
2011-2016 Polaris Pro RMK 155/163/Assault (Not AXYS)
“Shorty” Airlocs for Pro RMK are a shortened version of the SPG Standard Airloc running board. The advantages of this running board allowed Chris to navigate steeper terrain in all kinds of snow conditions. Since Chris rarely ever gets to the very back of the running board, he asked us to build him a set of Airloc’s which would be about 8” shorter and have a slightly different bend at the back. This short board drags less in the snow and combined with the 2” lift puts Chris in the steepest terrain ever ridden. The same idea here, get rid of anything you don’t need or use. This is what this running board accomplishes. This is set at a 2”/non-adjustable height and can be used with any Boondocker turbo 2014 or newer. This is for Pro RMK.

Same as above but in a non-lift Protube design. Offering a shortened, less drag option for the AXYS out of the gate is the motive. Since it will take us a little time to see what exact lift the AXYS needs, we decided we would take advantage of the Protube short version. An AirLoc option will be offered once we determine the right “Lift” options.
